I have been a "frequent flyer" at Ortho NY. I am a self employed artist and teacher who has basically worn my body down after 36 years of "professional finger painting." I have seen Dr Kaback for a painful elbow and most recently for a left shoulder replacement. I am using my shoulder better than at any point in the past 10 years. I dislocated my elbow, broke my elbow and my two forearm bones at the elbow. My arm was a disaster. I shattered my elbow falling on ice outside my house . I made an appointment with OrthoNY in Albany NY with Dr. Lee Kaback. He was open and honest about my injury and what needed to be done. I wound up with many screws and titanium in my elbow. The procedure took approximately 2 hours . I now have full mobility of my elbow after 2 or so months of recovery. No issues or problems. Dr Kaback was caring and professional. I recommend him highly if you require elbow surgery.
