Amazing Surgeon

Labrum Repair Surgery

Dr. Kaback recently operated on my torn labrum in my shoulder. It has healed wonderfully and I am back to sports just a few months after! Dr.Kaback made it very easy to talk to, schedule appointments , and have a quick recovery.

Rotator cuff surgery

Sought an evaluation from Ortho NY for severe left shoulder pain. After a thorough examination, I was diagnosed with a major tear in the biceps' tendon as well as further damage to the shoulder joint, and referred to Dr. Lee Kaback, MD for a rotator cuff repair. Dr. Kaback was very professional, positive and reassuring, and the surgery was performed in 9/2022. At four months post-surgery, I could not be happier with the results. Follow-up appointments were scheduled soon after the procedure, and Dr. Kaback closely monitored my progress during rehabilitation, offering to avail himself for additional consultation if needed. Having had two prior rotator cuff repairs on my other shoulder, I can safely say that this was the easiest recovery of the three. Post-operative pain was minimal, and I was able to achieve full range of motion within three months. Thanks to Dr. Kaback and Ortho NY, I'm better able to exercise and use my shoulder more freely than I have in years.

Shoulder Replacement (Reverse)

Dr. Kaback performed a reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder just over 3 months age. I could not be more pleased with the process and outcome. He and his team prepared me well prior to the surgery and throughout all recovery and rehab. My surgery was out patient. I found that even the day after surgery I had far less pain than prior to the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaback and his team.
